Use a 2-column German Lebenslauf: dates left, roles right. Include date of birth, nationality, CEFR language levels (German A1+ or English B2+), and ZAB degree recognition status. Bangladesh IT and engineering experience counts toward Chancenkarte points — quantify projects and list tools (SAP, Java, civil CAD) clearly.
